How to set up your Binox Dialer

Binox all-in-one CRM was developed from the ground up so you don’t have to use multiple applications to do different tasks, Binox provides a platform where you can have all the tools in one place, one of these tools we provide is a software-based outbound and inbound business phone, that can also send SMS texting and more! Follow this tutorial to learn how to set it up.

  • Log into your Binox account and click on your “Account Profile” Icon and select “My Account”.

  • Click on “Products and Add-ons” and then select “Setup Now” under Binox Dialer.

  • Fill in all the information and click on “Connect”.

  • If done correctly, you should see a “Connected” status under “Binox Dialer”.

To disconnect Binox Dialer, hover your cursor over Binox Dialer and click on the red Disconnect option, click on “Yes Disconnect” and you should receive a “Dialer disconnected successfully” message at the top right corner. For more information, please look at the example below.

Note: When you disconnect Binox Dialer you will lose the number assigned to your account forever.
