Binox MSP-enhanced CRM was created with the idea of helping MSP’s businesses through their sales pipeline, we understand that the most challenging aspect of our industry is sales and marketing, let us help you and teach you how you can go from sourcing to selling in less than a minute with a fully customizable CRM build for MSP’s, built-in phone dialer, SMS Texting, Video Email and more.

Pre-requisites

Note: We know that most CRMs on the market are confusing for MSPs, but Binox CRM solves this problem by allowing you to have full control to tailor your CRM to suit you without any technical knowledge, edit deal stages, add as many columns as you would like, manage multiple contacts at once and much more, follow this tutorial to learn more!

  • Each row of columns is called “Stages” we provide a default pipeline that works for us so you can start importing leads.

○ You can delete and create new stages and add them to your sales pipeline. These stages can be drag-and-drop to move them on your sales pipeline.

see the example below.

  • You can switch your “Cards” to a “list” view if necessary. See the example below.

  • On our general search, you can search for any “Contact,” “Company,” and “Opportunity” at any stage inside Binox CRM or your connected PSA.

  • On the “+ Plus” button, you can add “New Contact,” “New Opportunity,” and “New Activity” to Sales CRM Tool. See the example below.

Step 2: Sales Stages

Note: We created Binox for the sole process of helping MSP’s follow their leads and opportunities in the best way possible, Binox CRM is super flexible, you can tailor your deals stages to your liking, you do not need to change your sales methodology just make it more efficient with Binox all-in-one CRM.

Note: Binox provides a stock sales process in stages, but you can change this at any time to personalize it as you see fit.

  • This is an example of how an “Opportunity” Column with a lead plus tasks looks like:

  • ·You can edit each “Stage” name to your linking by clicking on the “edit” button so you can re-name it and personalize the stage to your liking, click on save when you are done, also if there is no longer a need for the stage, click on “Delete Stage.”

○ Important: If you delete a stage, all the opportunities inside that stage will be deleted too. Make sure to drag-and-drop them to another stage if you want to keep them.

  • Below the stage name, we added a “Search bar” to make it easy to search for each ‘’Opportunity’ by typing the first name or last name of any contact.

Step 3: Opportunity Cards

Note: Binox CRM prioritized efficiency and easy-to-reach information on each opportunity; therefore, we created the “Card” system, see the example below.

  • ·Your Opportunity Information will be under a “Card,” valuable information that helps you identify your opportunity will be display such as Opportunity Name, Contact Name, Company Name, expected close date, labels, revenue, scheduled activities and more.

○ The “Cards” with closer do activities or close dates will be prioritize to the top of the list.

Note: You can move your “Opportunity Card” across your sales pipeline by a simple drag-and-drop to any stage or any terminal status at the bottom of the screen.

  • Click on the “+ plus” sign to open the task manager screen, here you can schedule a meeting, call, email, v-mail, sms your contact and take notes.

  • On the “Opportunity Card” you can check your pending, current, future, and missed “Tasks” at the bottom of the information. See the example below.

  • The “Snoozed” function was created to accommodate “Opportunities” that asked to be contacted later in time, this function will help you to re-schedule your opportunity to be visible on your pipeline on a later date, you can choose the date and stage when you want it to show up, when you are done click on “save”.
